Jav Arisi Vadai
It was like so yummy, One of my friend made this for me. I really want to do it, and asked her the recipe and made it. I dedicate this to her.

Cooking time : 20 mins
Course : Snack
Main Ingredient : Jav Arisi/ Tapioca
Ingredients :
Soaked Javarisi - 2 cup ( soak for 3 - 4 hours)
Potato cooked and Mashed - 1 cup
Peanuts - Roasted and ground 1/2 cup
Green chili - chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger - chopped 1 tbsp
Besan flour - 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Cilantro and curry leaves optional
Oil to fry
Preparation :
- Add all the ingredients together and make into equal balls.
- Shallow fry in the oil.
Serve it hot with Mint chutney.
