RASMALAI
Rasmalai is a sugary white or yellow colored Balls of paneer soaked in Malai(clotted cream). Flavored with cardamom and nuts.

Main Ingredient : Milk
Ingredients :
Milk - 2 cups
Cardamom - 2
Nuts - 2 tbsp
Saffron - 1 pinch
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Preparation :
- For balls refer Rasagulla. Squeeze out excess water.
- In a large heavy bottom pan, add milk and keep in low heat.
- Add saffron and cardamom to it. Keep stirring.
- The milk should reduce and be thick.
- Add nuts of ur choice.
- Leave it for 10 to 20 mins
- Then in the balls you can pour the malai and serve it cold
