Main Ingredients : Rice flour
Ingredients :
Rice flour - 4 cups
Porikadalai Flour - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Kayam a pinch
Preparation :
- In a pan add oil and heat it.
- In a mixing bowl add all flour with salt and kayam. By adding water make a soft dough.
- Make muruku with your choice of holes.
- Fry till it turns in to dark brown.
- Cool it. Serve it as a snack.
