PACHARISI DOSAI
It is Like dosai but the Batter is made of Pacarisi.

Main Ingredients : Pacharisi and ullundhu
Ingredients :
Pacharisi - 4 cups
Ullundhu - 1 cup
Vendhayam - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
- Soak Ullundhu and vendhayam - Rice over night
- Grind it as we make for Idly. Make a batter.
- Add salt.
- In a tava, make a nice crispy dosai.
Serve it hot with Chutney.
