PACHARISI DOSAI

It is Like dosai but the Batter is made of Pacarisi.

Cooking time : 5 mins

Main Ingredients : Pacharisi and ullundhu

Ingredients :

Pacharisi - 4 cups

Ullundhu - 1 cup

Vendhayam - 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Preparation :

  • Soak Ullundhu and vendhayam - Rice over night
  • Grind it as we make for Idly. Make a batter.
  • Add salt.
  • In a tava, make a nice crispy dosai.
Serve it hot with Chutney.
