PORIKADALAI THUVAYAL / POTTUKADALAI THUVAIYAL
It is very easy and simple thuvayal. It is usually served with white rice. Very tasty.

Main Ingredient : Porikadalai/Roasted Gram

Ingredients :

Porikadalai - 2 cups

Coconut shredded - 1/2 cup

Red chilli or green chilli - 4 to 5 nos

Garlic clove - 1

Salt to taste

Preparation :

  • Grind everything with little water, may be 4 to 5 tbsp.
Serve it with Pulikuzhambu, curd rice, White rice.
