SEMIYA KESARI

It is a very easy and simple recipe. It is like ravai kesari but with semiya.

Main Ingredients : Semiya and sugar

Ingredients :

Semiya - 2 cups roasted

Sugar 2 cups

Cashew - 1/2 cup

Ghee - 1 cup

Food color - orange (optional)

Cardamom - 2

Preparation :

  • In a kadai add little ghee and roast semiya.
  • Then the cashew
  • Now add little ghee and cardamom. Add water. Make it to boil. Add little color too.
  • Now add semiya and cook well.
  • As soon as it is cooked add sugar, Ghee.
  • Mix well. Add Cashew to it.
Serve it after it cools.
