MANGO MILKSHAKE
I was thinking i can introduce mango to my kids when my first one says that she doesn't like fruit but drinks milk anyways. Some of the mango is kind of mushy so kids avoid eating it. So i thought of this, and when you cool it and give them they will love it. Because when i was a kid i used to love Milkshakes. But too much of mango is also not good for the body.
You can puree it and strain it or just add it with the milk. Sugar is also optional, you can add little sugar for taste but with out sugar it will taste good too. When i tried it first time my kids really liked it. You can add few pieces to it, to just have chunkiness in Milkshake. You can make Apple Milkshake, Vanilla Milkshake, Strawberry Milkshake, and lots more.
