PALAK PANEER

It is an Indian dish consisting of spinach and paneer in a curry sauce.

Cooking time : 20 mins

Course : Side dish

Main Ingredients : Spinach and palak

Ingredients :

Spinach - 2 cups

Paneer - cubbed and fried 1 cup

Tomato - 1 cup chopped

Onion - 1 cup chopped

Chili - 5 nos

Ginger and garlic - 2 tbsp

Garam Masala - 1 clove, 1 cardamom, 1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick

Jeera - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Chili powder - 1 tbsp

Malli powder - 1 tbsp

Cilantro few

Salt to taste

Preparation :
  • Grind Tomato, onion, Chili, Ginger and garlic.
  • In a kadai add oil and little jeera to it. Then add spinach and cook.
  • Now in a blender add spinach and grind well.
  • In a kadai, add oil and jeera and garam masala. Then the ground paste to it.
  • Then add all masala to it.
  • Close it with lid for 5 mins
  • When cooked add paneer to it. Saute well.
  • Garnish with cilantro or cream
Serve it with naan
