Ingredients :

Ullundha paruru - 1 cup

Kadalai parupu - 1 cup

Red chili - 1 cup

Kayam a pinch

Salt to taste


Preparation :

  • In a pan, without oil roast Ullundha parupu and Kadalai parupu. Fry till it turns light brown.
  • Add little oil and Then kayam and then Red chili. Fry well.
  • Let it cool, then grind well.
