Ingredients :

Vallaikai - 2

Besan flour - 1 cup

Rice flour - 1/2 cup

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Malli powder - 1 tbsp

Chili powder - 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Kayam a pinch

Oil 2 cups to fry

Preparation :
  • Leaving the plantain Mix all ingredients and make a batter out of it.
  • Then slice plantain and dip in the batter.
  • Fry in oil.
Serve it with Sauce
