VELLA KOZHUKATTAI

Main Ingredient : Vellam and Rice four

Ingredients :

Jaggery - 2 cups

Rice Flour - 2 cups

Coconut - Shredded 1 cup

Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp

Preparation :
  • In a pan add jaggery with little water. Let it boil and wait till jaggery dissolve in water.
  • Then add rice flour to it. Blend well.
  • Then coconut and cardamom to it.
  • Then steam it in Idly Steamer.
  • You can have it for 1 wk
Serve it as a snack
