Main Ingredient : Vellam and Rice four
Ingredients :
Jaggery - 2 cups
Rice Flour - 2 cups
Coconut - Shredded 1 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Preparation :
- In a pan add jaggery with little water. Let it boil and wait till jaggery dissolve in water.
 - Then add rice flour to it. Blend well.
 - Then coconut and cardamom to it.
 - Then steam it in Idly Steamer.
 - You can have it for 1 wk
