PESARATTU DOSAI

It is similar to dosai but made of green gram dal. It is popular in Andhra Pradesh

Main Ingredient : Green gram dal

Ingredients :

Green gram dal - 2 cups

Rice - 1 cup

Ginger - a small piece

Onion - 1/2 cup

Green chili - 5

Jeera - 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation :

  • Soak Green gram and rice overnight
  • Then grind it with other ingredients. Make a fine paste. Add salt to it.
  • You need not ferment. Right away make dosa with the batter.
Serve it hot with Chutney
