Parupu vadai

IT is a different vada, not the same parupu vadai. It is made out of sombu and ginger.

Main Ingredient : Channa dal
Ingredients :
Channa dal - 2 cups
Red chili - 1/2 cup
Sombu - 2 tbsp
Ginger - chopped 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Oil to fry
Preparation :
- Soak Channa dal for 2 hours and grind all ingredients with it. With little amount of water.
- Take the ground paste in a bowl.
- In a pan, pour oil and wait till the oil is hot.
- Then from the ground paste, make small balls and flatten it and drop in the oil.
- Fry till it turns brown.
Serve it hot with chutney
