SPAGHETTI

It is a long thin italian pasta. Traditionally spaghetti is 50 cm long, but shorter lengths gained in popularity.

Cooking time : 20 mins

Course : Entrée

Main Ingredient : Penne Pasta

Ingredients :

Spaghetti - 1 pkt

Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Carrots - cubbed 1 cup

Zucchini - cut 1 cup

Salt to taste

Basil and tomato sauce - 1 cup

Italian herbs - 2 tbsp

Chili Flakes - 2 tbsp

Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese - Shredded - 2 tbsp

Preparation :

  • In a pan add water salt and oil. Leave it to boil. Then add Spaghetti, cook till tender. Then drain the water.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, Add all vegetable and cook till soft.
  • Then in a pan, add oil. Now add chili flakes, Italian herbs and the sauce.
  • Now add vegetables. Sauté well, Cook for few minutes.
  • In another pan add little olive oil and chili flakes. Add Cooked Spaghetti and Sauté.
  • Now pasta to the mix. Add salt to taste
  • Top it with Cheese.
Serve it hot
