SPAGHETTI
It is a long thin italian pasta. Traditionally spaghetti is 50 cm long, but shorter lengths gained in popularity.

Main Ingredient : Penne Pasta
Ingredients :
Spaghetti - 1 pkt
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Carrots - cubbed 1 cup
Zucchini - cut 1 cup
Salt to taste
Basil and tomato sauce - 1 cup
Italian herbs - 2 tbsp
Chili Flakes - 2 tbsp
Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese - Shredded - 2 tbsp
Preparation :
- In a pan add water salt and oil. Leave it to boil. Then add Spaghetti, cook till tender. Then drain the water.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, Add all vegetable and cook till soft.
- Then in a pan, add oil. Now add chili flakes, Italian herbs and the sauce.
- Now add vegetables. Sauté well, Cook for few minutes.
- In another pan add little olive oil and chili flakes. Add Cooked Spaghetti and Sauté.
- Now pasta to the mix. Add salt to taste
- Top it with Cheese.
Serve it hot
