RIBBON PAKODA
This is a very easy snack and simple too.

Main Ingredients : Rice flour & Besan flour
Ingredients :
Rice flour - 2 cups
Gram flour / besan flour or kadalai mavu - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Kayam a pinch
Butter - 1/4 stick (1/4 cup)
Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Oil to fry
Preparation :
- In a kadai heat the oil.
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix to a dough. Adding little water. Not too soft dough. (add melted butter)
- In the muruku press, fill the dough adding ribbon pakoda plate as shown in the image.
- Press in oil and make good ribbon pakoda
- When it turns into Brown take it out.
Serve it after cools
