Main Ingredient : Channa Dal

Ingredients :

Channa dal - 2 cups

Coconut - 2 tbsp

Mustard & urud dal - 1 tsp

Red chili - 2

Salt to taste

Kayam a pinch

Preparation :
  • Cook the dal.
  • In a kadai add little oil and kayam.
  • Then Mustard & urud dal.
  • Now add red chili, saute well and add the cooked channa dal
  • Add curryleaves to the pan.
  • Then the salt. Its done.
Serving this hot with a tea is good
