VEGGIE CHAPATHI
It is a very simple and yummy recipe. Just make chapathi dough added some veggie.

Main Ingredient : Wheat flour and Potato
Ingredients:
For chapathi
Wheat flour - 5 cups
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Beetroot shredded - 1/2 cup
Carrot shredded - 1/2 cup
Potato -cooked & Mashed 1
Jeera - 1 tsp
Carrot shredded - 1/2 cup
Potato -cooked & Mashed 1
Jeera - 1 tsp
Water - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Nuts - 1 tbsp
Preparation :
- Make chapathi dough with all ingredients and water.
- For stuffing, in a kadai - add oil. Heat it.
- Make equal balls with the dough and make chapathi.
- Then with ghee, place it in the tava and toast well.
