It is a very Healthy way of making kids to eat Veggie.

Main Ingredient : Carrots
Ingredients :
Carrot Shredded - 3 cups
Sugar - 2 cups
Full Fat Milk - 1 cup
Cardamom a pinch
Cashew - 5 nos
Pista - chopped 2 tbps
Ghee - 3 Tbsp
Preparation :
- In a wide Kadai, add little ghee and fry the Cashew and keep it aside.
- Now add Shredded Carrots and Milk to it. Let it cook for like 10 mins (approx)
- Now add sugar to the kadai, Reduce all the Liquid. Stir till then.
- Add cardamom powder to it.
- It will slowly turn into Halwa Consistency. Add Ghee and continue stirring.
- Turn off the Heat and add cashew and chopped Pista to it.
Serve it Cold.
