CASHEW NUT CURRY

Ingredients

Cashew nut - 1 cup

Tomato chopped - 1 cup

Onion chopped - 1 cup

Garlic and Ginger paste - 1 tbsp

Jeera - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Malli powder - 1 tbsp

Chili Powder  - 1 tbsp

Jeera Powder - 1 tsp

Cilantro 

Lime Juice - 1 Tsp

Salt as Required

Preparation :
  • Fry the cashew nut really nice with some Ghee.
  • Now grind Tomato, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Cashew (4) 
  • In the kadai add Jeera and saute well and now add the ground paste to it.
  • Now wen it is cooked for a while add all the Masala to it. Saute well.
  • Then add the fried cashew to it. Let it cook.
  • Add salt to taste and Garnish with Cilantro.
Serve it hot with few drops of lemon juice.
