CASHEW NUT CURRY
Ingredients :
Cashew nut - 1 cup
Tomato chopped - 1 cup
Onion chopped - 1 cup
Garlic and Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Malli powder - 1 tbsp
Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Cilantro
Lime Juice - 1 Tsp
Salt as Required
Preparation :
- Fry the cashew nut really nice with some Ghee.
- Now grind Tomato, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Cashew (4)
- In the kadai add Jeera and saute well and now add the ground paste to it.
- Now wen it is cooked for a while add all the Masala to it. Saute well.
- Then add the fried cashew to it. Let it cook.
- Add salt to taste and Garnish with Cilantro.
Serve it hot with few drops of lemon juice.
