INSTANT OATS DOSAI
It is real easy and Healthy stuff to make. Making the batter is just simple and no need of fermenting.

Main Ingredients : Old Fashioned Instant Oats
Ingredients :
Oats - 2 cups
Ravai - 1/2 cup
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Maitha - 2 tbsp
salt as required
Black pepper to grind with oats

Preparation:
- Roast Oats in a kadai and when the aroma comes out. Just turn it off and let it cool down.
- Now grind the oats with black pepper.
- Now add ravai, rice flour, maitha and salt to it.
- Make like a dosa batter by adding water to it.
- Now u can make yummy dosai.
Serve with Tomato chutney or Onion chutney
