PANEER WITH CAPSICUM CURRY

Main Ingredients : Paneer and Capsicum

Ingredients :

Paneer cubed - 1 cup

Capsicum - 1 cup

Tomato - chopped 1 cup

Onion - 1 /2 cup

Green chilli - 2 nos

Cashew - 5 nos

Jeera - 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic - chopped 1 tbsp

Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Malli powder - 1 tsp

Oil - 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves few

Preparation :

  • Heat the pan, add oil to it.
  • Grind tomato, onion, chilli, ginger, garlic and cashew.
  • Add jeera to the pan.
  • Then fry the cubed paneer.
  • Then add paneer and Capsicum to the pan, add all powders, then the ground paste. Add salt. Saute till it is done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve it hot with chapathi, roti, any Indian breads
