Carrot Cake with cheese frosting

Main Ingredients : All purpose flour & Banana
Ingredients :
Banana - 3 mashed
All purpose flour : 2 cups
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Butter - 1 stick
Egg - 2 ( you can use substitute too)
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Chopped walnuts - 1 cup ( any nut)
Preparation :
- First thing you have to do is, preheat the oven to 375 deg F. Because the oven should be hot enough when you put the batter inside.
- Then take a large bowl, add the bananas to mash. It will really taste good when the banana is nice and ripe.
- After you are done with the mashing, it is time to add butter, If the butter is in the room temperature will ad good texture to the cake. It is also ok if you melt it in the microwave.Mix well so it gets incorporated with the banana.
- When the eggs are done add little vanilla essence or if you are lucky enough to have vanilla bean you can scrape it and add to the liquid ingredients . Stir well.
- Now we can add sugar, you can add regular white sugar or also brown sugar, and blend well.
