SWEET PANIYARAM

I used to make it often, as my daughter loves to eat it. It is such an easy and simple recipe. Can make in Minutes.

Preparation time : 10 mins

Cooking time : 5 mins

Course : Main

Main Ingredients : Maida and Rice flour

Ingredients :

Maida - 2 cups

Rice flour - 3/4 cup

Vellam - shredded 1 cup

Cashew - few

Cardamom - a pinch

Ghee

Preparation :

  • In a pan with little water you can dilute Jaggery. When it is done you can filter it.
  • In the Flour you can add the filtered water, Mix well to a batter consistency. Add the cardamom powder.
  • In the paniyaram pan, apply little ghee and Pour the batter and drop cashews in it.
  • Turn it when it is done.
  • Serve it hot.

Tips :

You can add banana to the batter to get a soft paniyaram.
