Aloo fry

It is something similar to french fry, but its not we dont fry fully with oil. We just cook in oil.

Main Ingredients : Potato
Ingredients :
Potato - peeled and cubbed - 2 cups
Oil - 5 tbsp
Seasoning - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - few
Red chilli - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Preparation :
- Heat the pan, add oil to the pan.
- Then the seasoning , red chilli and curry leaves. Wait till it is done.
- Now you can add the cubbed potatos, it should be cubbed into very small pieces so that it will be cooked fast.
- Close it with a lid, stir the pan often. Or you may burn the potato. Heat in medium low.
- When it is half done you can add chilli powder and turmeric to it.
- You can add little more oil to get cooked. Then add salt.
Serve it hot with rice or chapathi.
