MALADU
Its a type of laddu made with pasi parupu. This is a perfect snack. It is so simple to make.

Main Ingredient : Pasi parupu

Ingredients :

Pasi parupu / Moong Dal - 2 cups

Powdered Sugar - 2 cups

Ghee - 1/2 cups

Roasted cashew - 1/2 cup

Preparation :

  • Heat the pan, add pasi parupu, leave till its brown.

  • Powder it, and sieve it.

  • Add the powdered sugar to it, heat the Ghee and add it.
  • Add rosted cashew.
  • Make a good size balls.
  • Store it in a airtight box.
Serve it as a snack.
