GOBI FRY
It is a awesome dish for a snack. Too much of calories but still you can enjoy. Just a dish with cauliflower and spices put together and fried.

Preparation time : 20 mins

Cooking time : 10 mins

Course : Main

Main Ingredients : Cauliflower

Ingredients :

Cauliflower - separated florets - 2 cups

Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Malli powder - 1 tbsp

Jeera powder - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Orange color - a pinch (Optional)

Salt to taste

Oil to fry - 3 cups ( if you are adding color then the oil cant be used again)

Preparation :

  • In a bowl, pour 2 cups of hot water, and add the floret to it. Let it sit for 10 mins
  • Drain the water. Add chilli powder, mallipowder, jeera powder and turmeric. Mix well. Add salt to it. As it was in water, florets will be coated well.
  • Heat the pan, add oil. Let it be nice hot.
  • Now fry all cauliflowers. Drain excess oil in a tissue papper.
Serve it hot or with any fried rice.
