MUTTER PANEER MASALA
Mutter paneer is an Indian dish consisting of paneer(cottage cheese) and peas in a sweet and spicy sauce. It is usually served with Indian bread. Garnish with coriander leaves or cream on top.

Main Ingredients : Paneer and peas
Ingredients :
Paneer cubed - 1 cup
Peas - 1 cup
Tomato - chopped 1 cup
Onion - 1 /2 cup
Green chilli - 2 nos
Cashew - 5 nos
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic - chopped 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves few
Preparation :
- Heat the pan, add oil to it.
- Grind tomato, onion, chilli, ginger, garlic and cashew.
- Add jeera to the pan.
- Then fry the cubed paneer.
- Then add paneer and frozen peas to the pan, add all the powders, then the ground paste. Add salt. saute for a while til it is done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve it hot with chapathi, roti, any Indian breads
