VENDAKKAI PACHADI

It is very easy and delicious pachadi.

Cuisine : South Indian

Preparation time : 10 mins

Cooking time : 10 mins

Course : Side dish

Main Ingredients : Vendakkai

Ingredients :

Vendakkai - chopped 2 cups

Seasoning - 1 tbsp

Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Curd - 2 cups

Salt to taste

Preparation :

  • In a kadai add oil and seasoning.
  • Add chopped vendakkai and saute till it is cooked.
  • Add chilli powder and turmeric.
  • After it is cooked add salt.
  • Now in curd add this vendakkai.
Serve it with kuzhambu rice.
