It is very easy and delicious pachadi.

Ingredients :
Vendakkai - chopped 2 cups
Seasoning - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Curd - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Preparation :
- In a kadai add oil and seasoning.
- Add chopped vendakkai and saute till it is cooked.
- Add chilli powder and turmeric.
- After it is cooked add salt.
- Now in curd add this vendakkai.
Serve it with kuzhambu rice.
