CARROT FRY


Carrot Fry is a very easy and simple dish.

Main Ingredients : Carrots

Ingredients :


Carrots - sliced 2 cups

Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp

Seasoning - 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Preparation :


  • In a kadai add oil and the seasoning.
  • Add sliced carrots to it and saute well.
  • Close with a lid and then add chilli powder and turmeric.
  • After the carrots is cooked add salt
Serve it with rice.
