It is a eggplant cooked with spiced tomato. It is very popular dish in North India served with Roti.

Ingredients :
Eggplant - 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Green chilli - 4 nos.
Cilantro - chopped 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation :
- You have to wash the eggplant well and apply oil on it and keep in Oven for 5 mins in 250 deg.
- Then peel of the skin and cut into small pieces.
- In a kadai, add little and add jeera and chilli.
- Now add tomato and all masala. Saute well.
- Cook till tomato get soft.
- Now add eggplant to the mix and stir till it blends.
- Now add salt to it.
- Garnish with cilantro.
