CORIANDER CHUTNEY
Chutney is a dish used a dip for idly and dosai.

Cooking time 5 mins

Course : Condiment

Main Ingredient : Coriander

Ingredients :

Coriander leaves - chopped 2 cups

Red chili - 10 nos

Coconut shredded - 1 cup

Salt to taste

Curry leaves

Seasoning - 1 tbsp

Preparation :

  • Grind Coriander, coconut and chili.
  • Season it, add salt to it.
Serve it with idly or dosai
