CHOLE BATURA

Main Ingredients : Maida and ravai

Ingredients :

Maida - 2 cups

Rava - 2 tbsp

Sugar - 1 tsp

Salt - 1 tsp

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Butter milk - 3/4 cup

water as needed

Oil to fry

Preparation :

  • Add all ingredients and make a dough.
  • Let it rest for 2 - 3 hours
  • Then make into small balls and with rolling pin make poori and fry in oil.
  • Just press the poori a little to puf up.
Serve it hot with chole
