MURUKU

Main Ingredients : Rice flour 

Ingredients

Rice flour - 4 cups

Porikadalai Flour - 1 cup

Salt to taste

Oil to fry

Kayam a pinch

Preparation :

  • In a pan add oil and heat it.
  • In a mixing bowl add all flour with salt and kayam. By adding water make a soft dough.
  • Make muruku with your choice of holes.
  • Fry till it turns in to dark brown. 
  • Cool it. Serve it as a snack.
