ALMOND RICE
It is actually my innovation. I just wanna incorporate nuts in my kids food. So thought and made this.....

Main Ingredients : Rice and Almond Powder
Ingredients :
Rice Cooked - 2 cups
Almond powder - Roasted and Ground powder - 3 tbsp
Carrots - Shredded 1 cup
Onion Chopped - 1 cup
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Black Pepper Freshly ground - 2 tbsp

Rice Cooked - 2 cups
Almond powder - Roasted and Ground powder - 3 tbsp
Carrots - Shredded 1 cup
Onion Chopped - 1 cup
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Salt - as required
Black Pepper Freshly ground - 2 tbsp
Preparation :
- In a Iron Skillet, add 2 tbsp of Olive oil.
- Add jeera till it is fried.
- Now add Onion. Saute well.
- Add carrots, rice. Saute well.
- Now add Pepper and salt to the skillet.
- After all the ingredients is cooked well, add the Almond powder to it. Just toss it well and serve it.
Serve it hot with some raita or just chips
