Ingredients :
Semiya/ Vermicelli - 1 cup roasted
Carrots shredded - 1/2 cup
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Kaduku/ Urud dal - 1 tbsp
Chili - chopped 1 tbsp
Tomato - chopped 1/2 cup
Salt as required
Curry leaves
Preparation :
- In a kadai add 1 tbsp of oil, start with kaduku, ullundham parupu, curry leaves with a pinch of kayam
- Add peanut and channa dal to it.
- Now saute well, and then add tomato and chili to it.
- Add water and salt as required.
- Let the water come to a boil
- Now u can add the roasted semiya. Wait till all the water is absorbed and cooked.
Serve it hot with chutney.
