PUMPKIN HALWA

Main Ingredient : Pumpkin

Ingredients :

Pumpkin Shredded - 3 cups

Sugar - 2 cups

Full Fat Milk - 1 cup

Cardamom a pinch

Cashew - Finely chopped 5 nos

Pista - Finely chopped 2 tbps

Ghee - 3 Tbsp

Preparation 

  • In a wide Kadai, add little ghee and fry the Cashew and keep it aside.
  • Now add Shredded pumpkin and Milk to it. Let it cook for like 10 mins (approx)
  • Now add sugar to the kadai, Reduce all the Liquid. Stir till then.
  • Add cardamom powder to it. 
  • It will slowly turn into Halwa Consistency. Add Ghee and continue stirring.
  • Turn off the Heat and add cashew and chopped Pista to it.
Serve it Cold.
