Banana Crumb Muffins

I made a banana nut muffin, but this is something like that but with a little variations. The crumbs as a topping is really a nice crunch to the mouth. It is good as the banana is incorporated in the muffin and kids will love it. Lets see the recipe!!

Main Ingredients : All purpose flour & Banana
Ingredients :
Banana - 3 mashed
All purpose flour : 2 cups
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Butter - 1/3 stick
Egg - 1 ( you can use substitute too)
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Crumb :
Brown sugar - 1/3 cup
Cinnamon powder- 1/8 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Preparation :
- First thing you have to do is, preheat the oven to 375 deg F. Because the oven should be hot enough when you put the batter inside. And also line the muffin pan with muffin papers.
- Then take a large bowl, mix together all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- In another bowl, mix together brown sugar, all purpose flour and ground cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle the muffin with this topping.
- Now bake it for 18-20 mins or till the tooth pick comes out smooth when inserted in the center of the muffin
Serve it while hot or cold
