It is an adaption of Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques to Indian taste. The cuisine is believed to have originated from the Chinese of Calcutta and Chinese food is still popular there.

Ingredients :
Cauliflower 1
Onions - 1/2 cup
Green Chilli - 3 nos
Garlic - 1 Clove chopped
Maida - 2 Tbsp
Rice flour - 2 Tbsp
Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves to garnish
Preparation:
- Separate the florets and put it inside the hot water for few mins
- Make batter with maida, riceflour, chilli powder, turmeric, little garlic, salt.
- Heat the pan with oil to deep fry the cauliflower.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry it in the oil.
- In another pan, add few drops of oil, add garlic, onion, chilli and saute.
- Add the fried cauliflower in the saute pan.
- Add all sauce, salt.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot.
