Masala Kadalai
This is a very common and most relished snack in South India.

Main Ingredient : Peanut/Kadalai
Ingredients :
Ground nut/ Peanut - 2 cups
Besan Flour/Kadalai mavu - 2 tbsp
Rice flour/Arisi mavu - 2 tbsp
Red chilli pwdr - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Preparation :
- Add all dry ingredients with a tablespoon of water, with salt.
- Add the peanut to the paste.
- Deep fry.
You can serve this with coffee, tea
