Garlic Chutney
It is made from fresh Garlic, redchilli. It is used for cooking in many Indian(especially Maharashtra and northern Karnataka) and Pakistani homes

Main Ingredient : Garlic

Ingredients :

Garlic - 10 pods

Red Chilli - 10

Coriander seed - 1 Tbsp

Jeera - 1 Tbsp

Tamarind Paste - 1 Tbsp

Oil - 1 Tbsp (Prefer sesame oil)

Salt to taste

To season - Musturd, Urud dal, Red chilli, Curry leaves.



Preparation :

  • Heat pan saute Garlic, Red chilli, Coriander seeds, Jeera.
  • Grind the above with tamarind paste, make into smooth paste.
  • Add oil, season the paste.
  • Serve it hot
You can serve this with Pacharisi dosa, Idly, Adai, Rava dosai.
