Pudhina/Mint Chutney
Chutneys usually are wet, having a coarse to fine texture. Coriander and mint chutneys are often called Hari chutney, where 'Hari' is green in Hindi.

Main Ingredient : Mint/Pudhina

Ingredients :

Pudhina - 2 bunch

Red Chilli - 10

Coconut - 1/2 cup

Roasted gram / Porikadalai - 1/2 cup

Coriander seed - 1 Tsp

Tamarind paste - 1 Tsp

Seasoning - Mustard, Urud dal, Curry leaves.

Oil - 1 Tbsp

Salt to taste


Preparation :

  • Heat the pan
  • Add all ingredients and just saute.
  • Grind it, season it.
  • Serve it hot
You can serve this with Dosa, Idly, Chapathi.
