Capsicum Curry

CAPSICUM CURRY
This recipe can be served with any flavored rice or naan. Makes for good side with Briyani and comes together quick and easy.

Main Ingredient : Capsicum

Ingredients :

Capsicum - 2 colors - 1 cup

Jeera - 1 tbsp

Chilli powder - 1 tsp

Ginger garlic Chopped - 1 tsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Oil to saute

Salt to taste.

Preparation :

  • Heat a pan, add oil. Add jeera to the oil.
  • Add ginger and garlic to the pan.
  • Then add the cut capsicum to the pan.
  • Fry till it is cooked.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
Serve it hot with any flavored rice, chapathi.
