EASY PANIYARAM

Paniyaram is a popular snack item in India and served as Breakfast or evening tiffin. It can be made both salty and sweet. Paniyaram is made of special pan with kuzhis where the batter is poured.

Preparation time : 5 mins

Cooking time : 10 mins

Course : Main

Main Ingredients : Rice and Urud dal

Ingredients :

Dosai Batter : 2 cups

Chopped Onions - 1 cup

Chopped green chilli - 2 tbsp

Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp

Carrot grated - 1/2 cup

Jeera - 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation :

  • Mix everything in a bowl with the Batter.
  • Heat the Paniyaram pan and add some oil in the kuzhi and then pour the batter.
  • Leave it for 2 mins and then turn around. Let the heat be medium.
  • Serve it hot
Serve it with chutney.
