Ingredients :
Valaikai - sliced 1 cup
Mustard and urud dal - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves few
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Preparation :
- The best part in this dish is slicing the plantain in a shape that it should be sliced thick.
- Heat the pan with oil, add mustard , urud dal and curry leaves.
- Add the sliced Plantain to it. Cook well.
- Add chilli powder and turmeric, leave for 2 mins
- Then after cooked well, add salt.
Serve it hot with rice.
