ALOO BEANS FRY
It is very easy and simple recipe. We just fry it and then add in the masala mix.

Preparation time : 10 mins

Cooking time : 15 mins

Course : Side dish

Main Ingredient : Potato and Beans

Ingredients :

Beans - Chopped 1 cup

Potato - cubbed 1 cup

Tomato - 1 nos

Onion - 1 no

Green chilli - 5 nos

Ginger and garlic - chopped 2 tbsp

Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Malli powder - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Oil - 1 cup

Jeera - 1 tbsp

Star anise - 1

Salt to taste

Curd - 1/2 cup

Preparation :

  • Heat a pan with oil to fry.
  • When the oil is hot you can add potato and beans, fry until it is crispy.
  • In another pan, you can add a tsp of oil, add jeera and star anise.
  • Then add chopped ginger, garlic and chilli.
  • Now add onion then the tomato.
  • Add chilli powder, Malli powder and turmeric. Saute well.
  • Now add the potato and beans to the mix.
  • You can add curd to have a nice texture. Add salt and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well. Garnish with curd or heavy cream.
Serve it hot with chapathi, rice or roti.
