CURD RICE
Curd rice or yogurt rice, usually refers to a sour and unsweetened yogurt.

Main Ingredients : Rice and curd/yogurt
Ingredients :
Rice cooked - 4 cups
Yogurt - 2 cups
Green chilli - 5 nos
Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp
Seasoning - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves few
Preparation :
- Pressure cook the rice and keep it aside.
- In a pan add oil and heat it.
- Now add all seasoning, curry leaves.
- Then after it is done add chilli and ginger.
- Turn off the heat and add coriander leaves.
- Now with the rice you can add curd and the mix. Add salt to the rice.
- Mix well. Garnish with Coriander leaves
Serve it with pickle.
