CURD RICE
Curd rice or yogurt rice, usually refers to a sour and unsweetened yogurt.

Main Ingredients : Rice and curd/yogurt

Ingredients :

Rice cooked - 4 cups

Yogurt - 2 cups

Green chilli - 5 nos

Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp

Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp

Seasoning - 1 tbsp

Oil - 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Curry leaves few

Preparation :

  • Pressure cook the rice and keep it aside.
  • In a pan add oil and heat it.
  • Now add all seasoning, curry leaves.
  • Then after it is done add chilli and ginger.
  • Turn off the heat and add coriander leaves.
  • Now with the rice you can add curd and the mix. Add salt to the rice.
  • Mix well. Garnish with Coriander leaves
Serve it with pickle.
