CAULIFLOWER SPICY CURRY

It is a fried cauliflower with masala in it. Very delicious and crunchy too.

Cooking time : 10 mins

Course : Side dish

Main Ingredient : Cauliflower

Ingredients :

Cauliflower - florets 2 cups

Tomato - 1 Cup chopped

Onion - 1 Cup chopped

Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped

Garlic - tbsp chopped

Green chilli - 3

Oil to fry - 2 cups

Jeera - 1 tbsp

Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Preparation :

  • Separate the florets and put in hot water for 5 mins
  • Take it off from the water and place in a towel or tissue to fry
  • Then heat the oil and fry it, till gets brown
  • Then in a pan, add oil then jeera ginger and garlic. Saute well
  • Now add onion and then the tomato.
  • After well cooked add all masala to the pan.
  • Now add fried cauliflower and mix well.
  • Garnish with cilantro.
Serve it hot with chapathi or rice.
