RAVAI DOSAI
Ravai dosai is really a crunchy n yummy dosai, Which doesnt even need fermentation. That is the one thing I like about this recipe.  If you want to eat dosai today for breakfast,  you can just prepare it in minutes. It is usually considered as fast tiffin.

Preparation time : 10 mins

Cooking time : 5 mins

Course : Main

Main Ingredients : Rava and Rice flour

Ingredients :

Rava - roasted - 2 cups

Rice flour - 2 cups

Chilli - chopped - 2 tbsp

Cashew - chopped - 5 tbsp

Jeera - 2 tbsp

Milagu - 2 tbsp

Ginger - chopped - 2 tbsp

Sesame oil - 1/2 cup

Curry leaves

Salt to taste

Skillet needed 

Preparation :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with salt.
  • Add water little by little, so that u dont form any lumps.
  • You should have a buttermilk consistency. Add oil to the batter.
  • Keep the skillet hot, rub with oil.
  • With you hands take the batter and sprinkle in the skillet. That is how you make rava dosa.
  • Dont turn the dosa. When the dosa is done, Serve in a plate with chutney.
