Main Ingredient : Idly

Ingredient :

Idly - 10

Tomato - 2 cup chopped

Onion - 1 cup chopped

Chilli - 5

Garlic and Ginger - 2 tbsp chopped

Seasoning - 1 tbsp

Chili powder - 1 tbsp

Turmeric - 1 tsp

Malli powder - 1 tsp

Curry leaves

Salt to taste

Preparation :

  • In a pan, add oil.
  • Add seasoning and curry leaves.
  • Now add chili and onions to the pan, Sauté well.
  • Now add ginger garlic and tomato, then all masals.
  • In another pan, add little oil and fry the cut idly.
  • Add idly to the mix.
  • Add little salt as required.
  • Garnish with cilantro
Serve it hot with chutney.
