CARROT SOUP
Soups are the purees of the vegetables. It can be of 2 types, clear soup and thick soup. Soups are for dinner as well as for snack or a appetizer.

Main Ingredients : Carrot & Tomato
Ingredients :
Carrot - Peeled and chopped 3 cups
Tomato - chopped 1 cup
Black pepper - 1 tbsp (crushed)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Heavy cream - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1
Salt to taste
Preparation :
- Cook Carrot and tomato with water.
- Grind carrot and tomato, save the water for adding to the soup later.
- Now in a Pan, add olive oil and then garlic.
- Now add the saved water to it, then the ground paste.
- Let it blend well, then add the crushed Black pepper, Salt and Coriander powder.
- Garnish with Mint leaves and little Heavy cream
Serve it hot.
